Our milk and cream is supplied by dairy farms primarily located in central and north Florida. These local farmers all provide quality care and wellness to their animals. A healthy diet of grains, hay and grass are fed to the cows which creates a creamy and velvety dairy perfect for gelato. Additionally, we are proud that our dairy is all rBST and antibiotic free
