How does the R & D process work?
Our development schedule books up fast. We work with clients on a first come first serve basis. Each project is unique and has multiple layers of client concerns including but not limited to food cost, distribution, ingredient selection and brand identity requirements. You can expect 6 or more weeks to complete culinary testing. |
What is the minimum batch size?
Minimum batch size is 2 pallets per flavor. However, we reserve the right to evaluate each project independently. It is recommended that you maintain a 3 to 4 month stock level in your distribution channel and order accordingly. |
