Santa’s New Favorite Cookie
Step #1 Prep - Items Needed: Pint of Muse’s Chocolate Ganache, a scoop, crushed candy canes (use a food processor or put in a plastic bag and lightly crush with a mallet)
Pre-chill cookies in the freezer (this will help keep the gelato from melting during assembly)
Step #2
Place a scoop of the Chocolate Ganache Gelato in the center of a cookie.

Place a scoop of the Chocolate Ganache Gelato in the center of a cookie.

Place a Cookie on top of the scoop and lightly press down.

Roll the edges of the sandwich in the crushed candy canes.
(Tip: if the gelato is too soft or and the candy falls off, place the cookie sandwich in the freezer and let the gelato harden a little. The harder it is the better the candy will stick.)

Place in the freezer until ready to serve or Enjoy immediately. :)
